Ingredients: Hericium mushroom Rendang – coconut milk rice, with Sambal tempeh, 2 different of Spicy Sambal, mushroom ‘bilis’, roasted peanuts, cucumber slices & green long beans
Rendang is a Malaysian spicy meat dish originating from the Minangkabau region in West Sumatra, Indonesia It has spread across Malaysia to the cuisines of neighboring Southeast Asian countries. Rendang is most commonly beef that is then slow-cooked and braised in coconut milk and spice mixture, until the liquids evaporate and the meat turns dark brown, tender, caramelized, infused with rich spices.
